The Purpose of the Bayside Raiders is to develop young people through their experience of discipline, commitment and honor via youth sports.
Our mission: To afford young people the opportunity to realize their power over themselves, their bodies, and their circumstances such that these qualities can be exhibited throughout their lives as contributing members of their communities.
